Exhibitor please install exhibit in contracted space by 5:00 p.m., Monday, April 15, 2024. Exhibitors are encouraged to display their exhibit through the Tuesday, Wednesday conference. If you fail to occupy contracted space you will not be issued a refund.

2024 NRPS Professional Peaks and Valleys
Annual Conference
The annual NRPS Conference & Exhibit Hall will be held in Lake Tahoe at the Tahoe Blue Event Center. Conference will kick-off with general sessions on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 - Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
We will close out the week on Thursday, April 18, 2024, with our 6th Annual LEADership Institute at the Kahle Community Center located at 236 Kingsbury Grade Rd., Stateline, NV 89449.
This week will include inspiring educational programs and engaging network opportunities with professionals in the fields of Parks, Recreation and Aquatics. Access to the Exhibitors Hall will give an opportunity to see the latest and greatest equipment and practices from a multitude of diverse vendors. Also enjoy exciting socials at some of the hottest locations in the heart of Lake Tahoe!

The L.E.A.D Institute provides opportunities for exploring and mastering the capabilities for effective individual and team leadership. Through hands-on exercises, interactive lectures, and dynamic discussions, you’ll learn how to maximize team productivity, drive breakthrough innovation, and secure a competitive edge for your organization. The program focuses on improving the capacity to think strategically, communicate effectively, and act decisively. L.E.A.D. Institute will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at Kahle Community Center located at 236 Kingsbury Grade Rd., Stateline, NV 89449. Continental Breakfast and lunch provided.
The Nevada Recreation & Park Society's LEAD Institute is an annual leadership development program for early, mid-career and seasoned professionals. This three-year program will enhance individual organizational leadership skills, specifically addressing leadership styles, philosophies, and competencies. In addition, the program explores and introduces emerging approaches of integrating leadership development and personal growth. The course is designed to provide participatory and collaborative leadership and allows participants to learn from instructors and their fellow classmates. The intent is to prepare leaders with essential skills that will better prepare them for future challenges that requires strategic thinking, collaboration, systems thinking, and leading change. Participants accepted into the LEAD Institute, must commit to all trainings, mentoring obligations, etc. for the entire training year.
