  2026 NRPS Annual Conference

  Join us at the Tahoe Blue Event Center in South Lake Tahoe Nevada, for the 2026 NRPS Annual Conference & Exhibit Hall! The conference will kick off with an opening social on Monday, April 20, 2026. General education sessions will take place on Tuesday, April 21, and Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

  We’ll conclude the week with the 8th Annual LEADership Institute Kick-off on Thursday, April 23, 2026.

  This week promises inspiring educational programs and engaging networking opportunities with professionals from the fields of Parks, Recreation, and Aquatics. The Exhibitors Hall will showcase the latest equipment and practices from a wide range of vendors. Plus, enjoy exciting social events at some of North Las Vegas’s hottest spots.

  Hotel Room Information:

  Rooms will be available at Bally's Hotel. NRPS has secured a room block for attendees. Room Block Code: UPDATE 

  Conference Registration Options:

  • Early Bird Package: $290.00 (Available until March 6, 2026)
  • Late Registration: $390.00 (Begins March 9, 2026)

  The L.E.A.D. Institute - $150.00:

  The L.E.A.D. Institute offers a chance to explore and master effective individual and team leadership. Through hands-on exercises, interactive lectures, and dynamic discussions, you’ll learn how to maximize team productivity, drive innovation, and gain a competitive edge. The program focuses on strategic thinking, effective communication, and decisive action. The L.E.A.D. Institute will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

  The Nevada Recreation & Park Society's LEAD Institute is an annual leadership development program for early, mid-career and seasoned professionals. This three-year program will enhance individual organizational leadership skills, specifically addressing leadership styles, philosophies, and competencies. In addition, the program explores and introduces emerging approaches of integrating leadership development and personal growth. The course is designed to provide participatory and collaborative leadership and allows participants to learn from instructors and their fellow classmates. The intent is to prepare leaders with essential skills that will better prepare them for future challenges that requires strategic thinking, collaboration, systems thinking, and leading change.
  
  Participants accepted into the LEAD Institute, must commit to all trainings, mentoring obligations, etc. for the entire training year.

  Exhibitor Installation:

  Exhibitors, please install your exhibit in the contracted space by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2026. Exhibitors are encouraged to display their exhibit throughout the Tuesday and Wednesday conference. Please note that if you fail to occupy the contracted space, you will not be issued a refund.
