  The L.E.A.D. Institute provides opportunities for exploring and mastering the capabilities for effective individual and team leadership. Through hands-on exercises, interactive lectures, and dynamic discussions, you’ll learn how to maximize team productivity, drive breakthrough innovation, and secure a competitive edge for your organization. The program focuses on improving the capacity to think strategically, communicate effectively, and act decisively. L.E.A.D. Institute will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. It is strongly recommended to attend the 10:30 a.m. session on Tuesday, but not required.
