Wednesday Keynote

Tiffany Smith

Tiffany Smith is Motivational Speaker, Health & Wellness Coach and a DPS Officer with Nevada State Police: Division of Parole & Probation.

Tiffany attended Integrative Institute of Nutrition out of New York in 2016, and became a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, where she guides clients specializing in self-balance, trauma recovery and overall health. It was in her own self recovery and overcoming her own traumas did she realize that she might be able to bring something to her clients and share with others the things that she has learned and implemented throughout her own journey.

In 2020 she was accepted as a cadet for the class of ’91 with the Nevada State Police at the age of 44. While she was not as young as the rest, she would bring her own wisdom, resilience and grit to the experience and finish with honors.

She works closely with the Non-Profit Hope for Prisoners where she coaches twice a month at their Workshop’s where there learn new mindsets, new emotional language and a hope for their future. Tiffany believes that is in her best interest to be a part of their journey, they are being reintegrated back into the community where she and her family & friends live.

In October 2024, she had the honor to speak at the Women of Metro Leadership Conference where she shared her experience, strength and hope.

She is currently working on her first book which is due to be published in August of 2025.

Tiffany has called Las Vegas her home for over 30 years. She is married to her husband of 21 years and has a 25-year-old daughter, 19-year-old son, and new grandbaby.
