Allison Schnitzer from the Southern Nevada Health District will present on incorporating healthy food choices into our activities and events.  She is going to tie in the push for healthy active lifestyles, recognizing Parks and Recreation month and make a case for incorporating healthy food choices as a part of our programming.  This Lunch N Learn will provide .1 CEUs for $10. 

You can purchase a healthy lunch provided by Heritage Senior Center-Meadows Cafe Catering. Lunch includes: Sandwich (choice of meats: turkey, ham, italian, roast beef or none) (choice of cheese: american, provolone, cheddar, swiss, or none) and (choice of bread: wheat, white, hawaiian roll, wrap, or crossiant). Lunch also includes chips, pickle, cookie, and bottle water. Or you can select a salad (Chef, Cranberry Walnut and Asian Chopped).  Lunch orders must be received by Noon on Thursday, July 20th.
