The National Recreation and Park Association is dedicated to promoting children's right to play in a safe and challenging play environment. It is NRPA's goal to train and certify at least one person from every community across the United States to be a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI). The CPSI program offers the most comprehensive and up-to-date training on playground safety as well as provides certification for playground safety inspectors. CPSI Course and Exam Location: Paradise Recreation Center, 4775 McLeod Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89121

Fee Includes: Course materials, continental breakfast on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday; lunch and snacks on Monday/Tuesday.

All testing accommodations must be received by April 8, 2019.  To ensure availability, all requests including dietary must be received by April 8, 2019.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before March 8, 2019 will be eligible for a partial refund.  Textbook fees of $125.00 and a $100.00 cancellation fee will be retained by NRPS.  No refunds or transfers will be processed after March 8, 2019.  Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to steelesy@clarkcountynv.gov.

Minimum Registration: NRPS will ship course material when the minimum registration number of 40 is met. NRPS suggests participants secure travel arrangements once the minimum number has been met.
