Through hands-on exercises, interactive lectures, and dynamic discussions, you’ll learn how to maximize team productivity, drive breakthrough innovation, and secure a competitive edge for your organization. The program focuses on improving the capacity to think strategically, communicate effectively, and act decisively. L.E.A.D. Institute will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Continental Breakfast and lunch provided.
