2025 NRPS Annual Conference
Join us at the Aliante Hotel and Casino in North Las Vegas, Nevada, for the 2025 NRPS Annual Conference & Exhibit Hall! The conference will kick off with an opening social on Monday, April 7, 2025. General education sessions will take place on Tuesday, April 8, and Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
We’ll conclude the week with the 7th Annual LEADership Institute Kick-off on Thursday, April 10, 2025.
This week promises inspiring educational programs and engaging networking opportunities with professionals from the fields of Parks, Recreation, and Aquatics. The Exhibitors Hall will showcase the latest equipment and practices from a wide range of vendors. Plus, enjoy exciting social events at some of North Las Vegas’s hottest spots.

The L.E.A.D. Institute offers a chance to explore and master effective individual and team leadership. Through hands-on exercises, interactive lectures, and dynamic discussions, you’ll learn how to maximize team productivity, drive innovation, and gain a competitive edge. The program focuses on strategic thinking, effective communication, and decisive action. The L.E.A.D. Institute will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
